C&W Echinox Industrial is the digital platform dedicated to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox’s Industrial & Logistics division, enabling companies to discover industrial properties, logistics spaces and warehouses available across Romania’s main business locations.
MULTIDIMENSION is the technology partner behind the development of the C&W Echinox Industrial platform, contributing to the development and management of the digital solution through which the property portfolio is structured, presented and made accessible to companies looking to lease or acquire industrial space.
The platform was developed around the specific requirements of the industrial and logistics real estate market, where identifying the right property involves a different set of criteria compared to residential real estate. Properties are organized according to location, available surface area and characteristics relevant to logistics, distribution and production operations.
An important component of the project is the property search and filtering system, which enables users to quickly identify spaces that match their company’s operational requirements. The platform also integrates a dedicated map of warehouses and logistics spaces across Romania, providing a geographical overview of available properties.
Each property has a dedicated page presenting relevant information about its location, available space and key characteristics, together with the possibility of submitting an enquiry directly to the consultancy team.
Beyond its property database, the platform integrates specialized industrial and logistics content, including market insights, articles, research and success stories, transforming the website into a digital resource for both property discovery and market information.
