About the project
GNC Live Well Romania is the local e-commerce platform of the international GNC brand, dedicated to nutrition, vitamins and supplements, sports and fitness, wellness and personal care products.
MULTIDIMENSION is a technology partner supporting the development and evolution of GNC Romania’s digital ecosystem, contributing both to the e-commerce platform and to the development of the GNC Live Well mobile application for iOS and Android.
The online platform manages an extensive product catalogue organized by categories, manufacturers, product attributes and customer goals. Technical development covers the functionalities required throughout the e-commerce journey, including catalogue navigation and filtering, product pages, customer accounts, wishlists, promotions, shopping carts, delivery and payment methods, checkout and order management.
An important component of the project is the GNC Live Well mobile application, developed by MULTIDIMENSION and directly connected to the existing e-commerce infrastructure. The application gives customers access to the GNC catalogue through a mobile-optimized experience and enables the main shopping operations to be completed directly from their smartphones.
Through its integration with the e-commerce platform services, the application can access up-to-date information about products, variants, prices and availability, while also managing customer authentication and accounts, shopping carts, coupons and promotions, delivery options, payments and order placement.
The development of the mobile application also involves adapting the shopping experience to the specific requirements of iOS and Android devices, allowing the online store and mobile application to operate as parts of the same digital ecosystem.
GNC Live Well is an example of an integrated e-commerce and mobile commerce project, where the web platform, mobile application, APIs and external services work together to provide a consistent shopping experience across multiple digital channels.
