About the project
Imobiliare Green – Green House & Real Estate is a real estate agency based in Deva, managing an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties available for sale, rent or exchange.
MULTIDIMENSION is the technology partner behind the development of the Imobiliare Green online platform, creating the digital solution that enables the agency to showcase and manage its property portfolio while connecting potential clients with real estate agents.
The platform was built around the specific requirements of the real estate industry. Properties can be organized according to transaction type, property category, location and multiple relevant characteristics such as price, surface area, number of rooms and available amenities.
An important component of the project is the property search and filtering system, developed to help users quickly narrow down available listings according to the criteria relevant to their future home or investment.
Each property has a dedicated page where images, pricing, descriptions, technical characteristics and available amenities can be presented. Properties are associated with the responsible real estate agents, while users can request additional information or directly initiate the contact process.
The platform also includes dedicated components for presenting the agency’s team, recently added properties, featured listings and informational content, transforming the website from a simple presentation page into a digital tool supporting the agency’s day-to-day operations.
Imobiliare Green is an example of real estate process digitalization, where web development and structured data management enable a dynamic property portfolio to be managed efficiently while facilitating the connection between the agency, its agents and people interested in buying, selling or renting a property.
